Designed to look like one of designer Pnina Tornai's $30,000 designs, it is embellished with Swarovski crystals, beads & sequins. Has a floral lined strap off the shoulder, but it can easily be removed to make it strapless. I also put all the flowers on the skirt, which can also be removed if desired. blush pink prom dresses
