So tomorrow is the big day. Asher will be going to surgery for the bowel obstruction. He's been doing really well this past week so we are hoping that will continue into surgery and recovery. Hoefully after a week or so after surgery he will be able to start feeds. We are really excited for this step because it's one step closer to going home. His breathing will benefit after recovery also.They have warned us that he will sick and on pain medicine after surgery for a few days. But we are hoping for a quick recovery time.
