How pretty is this 1980s party dress.

This a classic example of a 1980s prom dress. Black ruched bodice with thick spaghetti straps leading into a bold and bright blue polkadot (polkasquare) skirt that has 3 tiers.
There is a zip fastening on the back and there is no stretch to the fabric.

This dress would work perfectly on the inverted triangle body shape as there is a lot of layers and detail on the bottom half, whilst the top half is minimal and dark black with simple straps that break up the wider neckline on the inverted triangle body shape. prom dresses for thick waist
